Becoming an Artist working for Riot Games?

I was wondering how you would apply for a job at Riot that makes art and stuff, splash arts, drawing skins and wallpapers and anything with art in general, i'm going to a school specified in Arts but i live in Sweden, how would i apply for a job at Riot Games, would i work from home or would i move to their headquarters?
