RP Supporting Veteran Skins Development - Rewards

I'm not sure if it's the right category for a thread like this, but an idea came to my mind and I would like to ask both Riots and community about their thoughts on this. Many people donate money to purchase skins, champions, account stuff and also to support the company which is running our favorite game. So here's the thing: what if there could be a golden veteran status or something, which determines that this player has purchased lots of RP through his account history (two thousands? three? Four? I don't really know, as it's up to you to decide what numbers are called "decent"). And as a reward for his big contribution, Riot Games could ask this player via mail if he's interested in developing a skin concept which will be eventually made by professional artists of Riot Games and added to a game, and which will be purchasable to everybody. Describing skills visuals (or illustrating them), quotes, drawing sketches or even something close to a splash art. After sending them a repeat, skins developers make decision about this idea being or not being developed (if it sounds interesting to them). One user could send several skin ideas in one message and once again leave the decision to the team to pick up the most interesting one.
