Clark, the able mind (disabled champion)
Clark is the eldest of the royal family in Iona. Once was a great military councilman and soldier in his father's army. However after falling deathly ill from being poisoned on his 18th birthday. Clark became paralyzed from his chest down. His father feared his disability would hinder his army. His father surrendered to the Bandit king that invaded their lands.
Clark vowed to his father to recapture the throne. He worked with the engineers in the capital city to create a way for him to fight against the bandit king.
After 2 years Clark and the engineers created a psycho - kinetic chair to wheel his body wherever his mind could take him.
Abilities:
Passive: Mind Fray - After sustaining a blow that would bring Clark below half his remaining health all enemies in a 400 unit range are feared for 1 sec. Cooldown: 140 seconds
Q: Weakness of the Body - Projects a wall of psychic energy that silences all enemies that walk through it for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Cooldown: 14
W: Madness - Leers at an opponent enraging them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, This rage decays their armor and magic resist for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds by 10%. Cooldown: 14
E: Mindslam - Clark targets an opponent, grabbing them slamming them into the ground for 60/70/80/90/100 (+30% AP) Cooldown: 6
R: Mind Prism - Clark targets two opponents linking them together each one half of a prism. If the two targets don't get away from one another, they are slammed together dealing 1/3 of their combined remaining health as a magic shock wave to every enemy in a target area. (The target area grows large upon every level. @ lv 1 500 unit area, @ lv 2 625, @ lv 3 775. Cooldown: 60
