this wouldnt be the best thing in game but it would be nice if a champion was focused around being in a ghost/ghoul like state with an ability that would change their other abilities along with the ultimate only being able to be used in this state and heres the ultimate idea: you can go into the body of a dead enemy or ally while in the ghost state and play as that champ with their masteries runes and items while only being able to use basic abilities and leveling it up would increase the time as the champion 10\15/20 and the cd

That actually sounds like a really fun concept, that would definitely annoy enemies (nobody likes their character being taken over). Though, the main problem I see with taking over a dead champion is what happens when that champion revives? You'd either lose your ult, or there would be a clone of the enemy, which kinda breaks the idea of possession.

Why limit it just to dead champions? How about the ult temporarily grants the player control of the enemy for a short period? This would allow the player to either force the champion to dive under a tower, or even turn a team fight from a 5v5 to a 5v4, and even if the enemy team kills the controlled player, they're killing their ally.
