Riot needs to make pbe accounts harder to get again

the increase of toxicity is actually unbelievable ever since they changed how to get a pbe account. before you would occasionally run into a random toxic player here and there that just had a bad day but never anyone telling you to kys but now its rare to play a game where there isnt atleast one person being toxic or just trolling, and this is because they have made getting new accounts so easy that its basically just a normal perma ban and they can make a new account in no time while with the old system you basically only had one account that you would have so bans actually meant more.

another problem with having pbe more inclusive is that its barely doing its job anymore due to riot going out of there way to limit things that aren't new which makes testing things harder or people randomly coming across bugs rarer.
