CHAMPION IDEA!
There needs to be a champion that has the ability to use/steal the abilities/ults of either ally and enemy players. I think this would be a cool idea for a champion, any thoughts on kits people?!

Passive: Morph - Jack may select target champion and gain its passive permanently. This effect can only happen once per game. Q- Copy a target champions Q and replace it over this. This effect is permanent W- Copy a target champions W and replace it over this. This effect is permanent E- Copy a target champions E and replace it over this. This effect is permanent R- Copy a target champions R and replace it over this. This effect is permanent
Copying any ability gets ability and its scaling ETC. Cost would be adjusted to be either mana less (if taken from a mana less champion/energy champion) or cost mana if taken from a mana champion. By default this champion is ranged. (So as to not conflict with abilities like jinx rocket and such)
SpongebobIsLife1 votesim thinking that more that the effects aren't permanent, and that his ultimate allows him to copy the ults of other players, but the rest of his kit is on his own.
Kãtãrinã1 votesMaybe, but if his ult can copy anothers, without it being permanent gives way more utility then any other champion honestly. Nor do i know what his passive or other things would be
