Shyvana, Demacia's Fury
I have no idea how to start this so ill be brief. I'm not a
main. I've not played her much, but from what i have she feels okay. My main complaint is she doesn't feel like a powerful half dragon with the blood of the elements coursing through her veins. She feels like a mage who can transform into a dragon and gets really mad about it. So! This is how I'd change her.
Visually I would change a few things. First, I'd make her muscular, like
. If i was writing the lore I'd even make her taller than
, but I'm not so moving on. She would start the game wearing only a chest plate and and leather pants and boots. I'd don't know if I'd keep her dragon head fist weapon things. They don't..... really do anything for her? If you have any ideas how you'd change or replace her fist weapons then I'd love to hear, but as it stands i have no clue. To me they're just a way to say "this person's a dragon" in a really lazy way. I'd give her large horns, as well as have her wings remain even in her human form. She would simply drape them over herself when not in combat, much like Throughout the game, she would armor for each dragon slain, in the order of pauldrons, leggings, greaves, helm, and then highlights matching her current dragon soul (bright orange for infernal, light green for ocean, dusty brown for mountain and silver for wind) She'd maintain her current deep red armor she currently has. As for her dragon form, i would continue to make it more muscular, make her feel like a powerful dragon fully unleashed, which was also my design philosophy for her new kit. I would also bring it in line with the elemental dragons we now have, giving her four legs and 2 wings instead of 2 wings and a two legs. Her scales would be red, with purple skin and highlights matching her armor. (I'm not an artist so while i would LOVE to show you, your imagination will have to do.)
I also want to make a brief disclaimer while that i do include some numbers, i am in no way claiming they are balanced or reasonable. They could be crazy overpowered, or crazy underpowered. Any and all constructive input is appreciated.
Her resource would remain rage in order for her to use her ultimate, which really doesn't affect much. Starting with her passive, it remains MOSTLY the same with some minor additions. She still gains stacking armor every time she kills a dragon. For those of you with a finer knowledge of stats, let me know if you would buff it from 5 or not. She would also gain 50 health from each dragon slain, capping out at 300. Finally, she gains an increase in the bonuses from the elemental dragons slain at about 1.25% of the power (maybe lower it to 1.2 or even 1.15% to account for dragons like mountain and ocean?)
Q, Twin Slash:
's next attack hits twice cleave enemies in front of her (Visually represented by a slash with both of her weapons) dealing 25/40/55/65 bonus physical damage.
Dragon Form: This becomes Final Bite, increasing the size of the cleave and adding a final slam (Think
w minus the stun and 3/4 the range)
Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5
W, Fury's Flame:
's rage ignites the area around her, dealing 45/70/100/135/175 Magic damage and granting her 30/35/40/45/50% movement speed for 2 seconds. Enemies hit are ignited taking minor fire damage (5/10/15/20/25) Magic damage per second. Enemies hit by
's take 2.5% of their max health + bonus magic damage
Dragon Form: This becomes Dragon's Ire, causing
to passively pulse waves of fire (same damage as before) around her every 1 second. The radius is also increased by approx. 30-50% (?)
Cooldown: 5 seconds
E, Vicious Leap:
leaps in a direction, dealing 50/70/95/110/130 physical to enemies caught at the end. (range equal to about a
E.)
Dragon Form: Becomes Scorched earth, doubling her dash distance and instead leaves a line of scorched earth, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 magic damage every 1 second to all enemies who stand in it. lasts 5 seconds
Cooldown:12/10/8/6/5
R, Dragon's Accent: After Channeling for 1.5,
Transforms and takes off into the sky, revealing the area around the point of take off (about the size of 1500 units.) During this time she can land anywhere she has vision within 4500/5000/5500 units (Think
ult but a little longer range) dealing damage 300/450/600 magic damage (impact area is about the 3/4 the size of
ult). She can also choose to land at her fountain, refunding the cooldown of Dragon's accent by 25% and changing her back to human form, draining her rage.
Cooldown: 175/160/145
Requires 100 rage
Like i said, if you looked at the numbers you'd probably find that my concept as it stands i widely overpowered/underpowered. But its a place to start, so ill be looking forward to constructive input! Also I'm aware that her rage has basically... no purpose now? But i wanted to preserve it, even a little.
