Ideal changes to teemo's lore

1. Make him faction neutral
2. Have something about him leaving bandle city to scout for something.
3. Change the bandle city lore completely cause almost none of the yordles are bandle city faction.
4. Most of yordle lore is invalid.
5. Make him a solo scouting mercenary or something.
6. Make him information/detective/intelligence scout or something.
7. Make his chipper self used as information gathering manipulation
8. Make him a cold blooded killer during missions for assassination.
9. Make his omega squad lore "canon"
