Just another concept I made for fun, artist takes credit for all photos, I do not. The photos are also just concepts I found randomly on the internet, they aren't an actual representation of the champion. Tell me what you think!

Abilities

[Passive] - Fantasy Realm

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 10 Seconds Range: 1125/300

Passive: Wurven draws in nearby spells cast within a 1125 range of him, charging up his secondary bar with "Essence." Wurven can store a maximum of 8 Essence in his secondary bar, each spell equalling one Essence. When the bar is full, Wurven glows with essence, immediately consuming the charges and gaining +30 movement speed when moving towards enemy champions and turrets and slowing all opponents around him in a 300 range for 55%, all effects lasting 5 seconds. Wurven can then not gain any "Essence" for 10 seconds.

[Q] - Forgiveness

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 18/16/13/11/9 Range: 700 (This ability is a skillshot that is targeted, but acts as two Diana Q's homing in on a target)

Active: Wurven sends two waves of forgiveness towards a target, homing in on them and dealing 50/65/80/100/120 (+65% of Ability Power) as well as charming them towards Wurven for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. However, each side of Forgiveness can be blocked by minions, dealing half the damage to them. If only one side of Forgiveness hits the targeted enemy, half the damage is also dealt to them and they will not be charmed.

[W] - Crossing

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 16 Seconds at All Ranks Range: 800

Passive: Wurven's hooves leave footprints behind him as he walks, disappearing after 4 seconds. Wurven gains +15/20/25/30/35 bonus movement speed while walking back on the footprints. Wurven cannot place footprints if Crossing is on cooldown, but they will start to be placed 4 seconds before Crossing is off cooldown.

Active: Wurven charges horns first on his previous line of footprints, dealing 65 (+50% of Ability Power) to all units hit in his path and colliding with the first enemy, knocking them backwards a tad and dealing 80/95/110/130/145 (+50% of Ability Power). Wurven's charge speed depends on the passive bonus rank on Crossing when walking on footprints.

[E] - Buckshot

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Range: 450

Active: Wurven roots himself in place and after 1.5 seconds, jolts his horns forward, dealing 60/75/90/100/120 (+30% of Ability Power) (+60% of Attack Damage). The ability gains 100 range if Wurven is on his footprints while casted.

[R] - Dementia

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 150/120/95 Range: 650

Active: Wurven creates 3 jade rings that circle in front of him, dealing 80/100/200 (+60% of Ability Power) per second for 5/6/7 seconds. Every 2 seconds, Wurven sends a shockwave through the rings, reducing all enemy's armor and magic resist for 30% for 2 seconds.

For some reason the same artist made some different variants of the artwork, so I thought some could make good skins for Wurven:

Intergalactic Wurven - 975 (Probably release skin)

Passive: Slow zone is a galaxy, much like Dark Star Varus's E. Q: 2 yellow comets with a blue trail homing in on target. W: Horn turns yellow and yellow fire comes off the horns as he dashes in the direction. Hooves turn bright blue when on footprints. E: A wave of stardust follows Wurven as he jolts forward. R: Rings are a deep galactic blue. When Wurven sends a shockwave through, stars blast through the circles. Recall: A Mountain rises beneath Wurven as he climbs up the mountain and stares into the stars.

Forest Guardian Wurven - 750

Recall: Trees pop up around him as Wurven chases his tail.

Underworld Wurven - 1350

Passive: Slow zone is a gray swirling zone filled with ghosts, movement speed bonus has souls swirling around him. Q: Two ghouls leap towards the target. W: Footprints have occasional gravestones instead of footprints. Greenish-gray trail behind Wurven as he dashes in a direction. Ghosts come from the ground as he walks on his footprints. E: Wurven's gray soul also jolts forward with him. R: The three rings are red stars, circling in different directions. Wurven towards red when he sends a blast of blackish red plasma through the circles.

Recall: Wurven jumps around frantically, afraid of the ghosts in the graveyard around him.


Classic Skin Information

Basic Information-

Recall: Wurven duels air with his horns, before finally having enough and just charging back to spawn. Critical Strikes: Wurven uses his horns when he crits, bashing into an enemy champion.

Quotes-

Joke: Wurven leaps into the air multiple times and then falls, horns stuck in the ground "I am so excited to see all of you in action! (Falls) Please don't critique me..." "This realm is too... (falls) real for me." "hahah! hahahahahahaaaaa!"

Taunt: Wurven slashes the air with his hooves and horns before growling at the air "You deserve nothing from this realm!" "This marks the beginning of a fantasy world for you..." "Don't test me, you are merely a child to a stag!"

Dance: Wurven chases his tail around before getting too dizzy

Laugh: Wurven tries to hide his laugh with his hooves, realizes they are too small to cover his face
