As a 1.2 million mastery Morde main, there is only one thing the rework needs to be perfect

I like the rework tbh, despite the fact that he lost the passive and his ghosts from his kit, and while I do like the new design, I really loved his old design, it's what drew me to pick him up in the first place, even though he looked like a discount he-man villain or something.

I know riot stopped making traditional skins for the most part, but I would love a Traditional Morde skin, and I'm not even asking for it to be free. It could be a limited sale skin, or even a loot skin I don't care but I would love to be able to play the new Morde kit with his old design. https://i.imgur.com/9XOyPQq.png[]

I agree with you, the reason I think Riot doesn't do traditional skins anymore is because they change them so drastically that a traditional skin wouldn't work for the champion's kit (for example, Urgot's old skin with his new passive wouldn't work). But Morde was kept so similar in design and kit that they could absolutely make this work. One flaw though, that art lacks the pizza feet smh..

Riot should do traditional skins again, those designs shouldn't forgotten and merely a footnote on a wiki page for some new player to go "Oh, that's neat" and then move on.

Riot shouldn't do Traditional skins imo, but I do like when they make a skin look more like a balance between the new and old. Like more of a remix skin. Lord Mordekaiser retains the helmet style, the spiked mace, red eyes and a bit of the color scheme.

It's a good compromise between satisfying nostalgia and not putting out garbage. Because lets be honest that's what old Morde was.
