please post this in report a bug since its about mordekaiser. also while at it... if you use the emote, will a random different emote/sticker appear? you know because morde is as buggy as the first pokemon generation.

No, the emote will appear after a delay if you try to use it while simultaneously QSSing and attacking a blast cone.

It might not appear at all.

Nah, if you use it while activating item 3142 , it will temporarilly body block champion's pathing.
