Fiddlesticks Rework Roaming Control Mage

Passive: Dread -Fiddlesticks does not appear on the minimap (Note:Even though I absolutely love this idea, it’s not mine, but I can’t remember who posted it. If anyone can find the name of the guy who came up with this I’ll edit it in and give him full credit.)

Q: Terrify -Fiddlesticks spooks all enemies in a cone in front of him. Causing them to flee from Fiddlesticks at an increased movement speed. Jungle mobs just shiver in place.

W: Drain -Same as live, but if a terrified enemy is tethered by drain, they won’t be able to run out of drain’s range.

E: Dark Wind -Works like live, but the crow only moves on after the silence ends. Prioritizes champions now, but the bounce range is indicated with a circle.

R: Crowstorm -Same as live, this is one of my favorite abilities in the game.

This doesn’t seem like much, but it adds a lot of depth to Fiddlesticks kit, which is honestly all that he needs.

The passive was a really good idea that I can’t take credit for. Fiddlesticks not showing up on the minimap adds a constant layer of fear to a game that works really well with his character. It can also be avoided if the team is smart and uses pings to tell where he is, so just having fiddlesticks in the game means you need to adjust your playstyle, which is what riot wants out of champions these days.

Terrify being an aoe and making the enemies move faster means that it has a ton more uses. He can scare a whole minion wave away from attacking his turret, he can scare off enemies and tether one so its allies can’t help it and if he can get behind his enemy he can scare them into the rest of his team. He can even use Dark Wind on someone, then send them back to their team with it so it pokes all of them. However, just like alistar headbutt, it’s possible to help an enemy run away because the fear makes them run faster, so Fiddlesticks players need to be careful and make good decisions with it.

His drain is already a really nice ability with a lot of counterplay, but making it so terrified targets can’t run out of the tether range makes him a lot less clunky to play.

His E being more delayed and having an indicator is a necessary precaution since undodgeable poke makes a champion extremely hard to balance in lane This shouldn’t affect jungling though since most of the time you just use E on the champion itself.

Fiddlesticks R is already pretty much perfect as an ability and it’s what makes Fiddlesticks the little bundle of sticks he is.

Overall, Fiddlesticks doesn’t need a big overloaded kit, he just needs to be more interactive so he can have a place in the game.

(I have a ton of rework ideas saved and this is my first time posting one. I think I’m just gonna spread the out over the next couple of days/weeks so I don’t crowd out the concepts board.)

I like this, especially the Q... it makes more sense, and while it makes it more powerful as a defence tool and in a team fight it also balances itself by working against his W and Ulti.
