I'm posting this in response to the Ask Riot this week where they talked about rotating announcer voices or not and that it wasn't decided on in any way. My thoughts on this are, why not make it like ward skins or something where you can purchase an announcer voice (with RP) and just have it be that voice for you. Not saying that this is something everyone would want but it may be a middle ground for those that want it and those that don't.
A good compromise, and one that would raise money as well. Great idea!

there are a lot of champs that would be fun to have as announcer vo's. personally I would pay for a number of them... maybe kallista would be my favorite, I'd like to hear her say something about "Enemy traitors destroyed" instead of "Ace"
because it makes sense and its something we have been asking for since like season 1.
so obviously they wont do it for at least 6 more seasons.
