[Champion Concept] Xavier -- The Chi Master (Revised)
Xavier -- The Chi Master
Role: Support/Tank Resource: Energy (450)
Lore: An ancient master of Chi. Xavier secluded himself in a cave for almost a millennia. Doing nothing but meditating. After nearly 950 years, he finally unlocked what he sought. Inner Peace. Achieving inner peace allowed him to master his craft. He trained tirelessly for many years after. During this time he learned about all that had happened in the land. He now wanders the land, helping any who need it, and guiding anyone who wishes to learn the ways of a Chi Blocker.

Abilities:
Passive: Yin/Yang -- Xavier binds himself to a target ally, Xavier becomes the Yin to the binded teammate and his teammate becomes his yang. If Xavier takes damage Him and his ally will heal for 40/60/80 (+8/9/10% of his Xaviers max health). If Xavier's ally takes damage him and his ally are granted a shield equal to 10/11/12% of Xaviers max hp. 40/30/20 second cooldown. Xavier and his ally also gain bonus movement speed toward one-another.
Q: Chi Blocker -- Xavier grants himself and target ally with a shield equal to 10% of his max health. While the shield is active, any damage that he and his shielded ally would take, reflects damage back onto the attacking enemy equal to 50% of the damage dealt. (200 energy)
W: Defender Stance -- (Toggle). Xavier can enter defender stance, slowing him by 10% and granting him and the closest ally to him 20 - 100 bonus armor and magic resist. (Costs 20 (+10 per second) energy every second)
E: Chi flow -- Xavier latches onto target ally, remaining fully mobile. While latched onto an ally Xavier transfers them some of his chi energy, healing them for 30 (+50%AP) health per second, while draining 20 health per second from Xavier.
R: Inner Peace -- Xavier Enchants him self and all nearby allies, all of which gain 30/40/50 bonus movement speed, +50/100/150% health regeneration and 50/75/100 armor and magic resist. If an enchanted champion would take lethal damage, they go into a stasis for 2 seconds, recovering 100/200/300 health per second and will be hasted upon exiting stasis. (no cost)
