Her passive puts her in a limo, or a very expensive sports car.

Her Q shoots bags of money.

Her W raises small skyscrapers.

Her E lays out a bunch of stone samples, like she's trying to pick which one to build with.

Her R makes a wall of skyscrapers and casinos lit up with neon lights. On cast, if the wall would through bottom lane she says "We are going to build a wall, and we are going to make bottom lane pay for it!".
