[Champion concept] Wild weather mage with NEW debuff/anti-debuff mechanics

I was thinking about a new utility/support mage and I have some ideas about it, that I would be interested to see if it could work. I don't have a name for the champion yet so feel free to come up with something, so it's just roughly an idea for how it could work with abilities and stuff, so i'll share it here. Here is how it would work:

**The weather mage **

_ Passive - Icy road_

When close to another ally, you get bonus hp reagen.

Enemy champions on ice becomes slippery which means that they can't change their movement command when issued but will keep going in that direction until they have moved out of the icy area. If the champion wasn't moving when the puddle froze, they can choose a direction to issue a movement command, but they can't change direction while on ice. You can still use flash or other movement abilities (so different to grounded).

**Q **- Dangerous weather (12/10/8/6/4 sec cd) Sends a thunderbolt at a certain location, doing dmg in a small area, causing enemies to take dmg and champions to mark the ground under them as humid for 3 sec. If the thunderbolt hits an humid area it will do double dmg.

W - Corroding rain (45/40/35/30/25 sec cd) Causing it to rain in a certain area (semi global/up for debate) and make it humid, causing champions to lose mr and armor resist over time and taking dmg each sec. Bushes and terrain are uneffected by the rain. Lasts for 5 sec. .

E - **The prosperous rainbow **(20/18/16/14/12 sec cd) Creates a rainbow in the area. Walking under it give your allies a small hp reagen and at both ends you can click on it and it will give you 20 gold every 5th time (could be hard to balance). Enemies can also plunder the gold if they get there first.

R - Enchanted puddle(160/130/100 sec cd) Throws an enchanted raincloud at a certain location that rapidly grows a big puddle (like anivia ultimate size or bigger). Allies that stay in or walk into the puddle have debuffs (like dots or zoe drowsy/sleep, ornns brittle, sejuani mark etc but not summoner spells like ignite) cleansed. Enemies that is caught in the puddle or walks into it gets lightly slowed when staying there, but if the ground is humid, the puddle will freeze to ice . If the puddle is frozen, both enemy and champions get a movment speed boost while on ice.

I think there is some pretty coold ideas and plays you could do with this. There is of course a lot you could change here so could be interesting to hear others ideas and opinions about this weather mage and if it could work. The mage is probably going support, but could have potential to go mid too. Especially the Q and E could need some work or the passive. Would other be interested to play a champion like this? Is the anti-debuff on the ult good or broken? Feels like it could be a good anti-Zoe champ for example.

Maybe change the E? Starting in base leveling it up leaves around 4 casts possible... 120+ gold? x2?

I think I know a good way to change stuff for you.

E is changed to a Hail type ability, or freezing wind. W stays. Q stays. R: Creates puddle like above that changes depending on the next ability to hit it. Q Electifies the puddle, stunning champions and then hurting rapidly(speeds up allies). W turns it into mist that obscures vision(heals allies). E briefly freezes champions and freezes puddle. Lasts 5 seconds. Something like that. Just ideas.

Just spam E in base for free Gold generation. Just leave out that part. In general, the idea of a mild AoE enchanter already exists in Sona. But imo, if you worked around the manipulation of humid areas, that could be really cool. Basically a sentry style champion, but it's not a damage carry but an enchanter.

E: "It's Gusty!" - Basically old Galio E...throw a small twister that does light damage in its path and creates a lingering zone for 3s that allies have increased MS on.

That's another idea if you're not liking the hail. But your passive mentions being able to freeze puddles...not sure how you're activating that.
