They are more expensive yet his E doesn't use the skin's mace, it always uses his regular mace. Please change this Riot as the price for just a model is too expensive when a cheaper skin gets a unique particle effect on his E.
These older skins were made before Riot revamped their criteria for what a skin is required to have to move up in price tier. Per the old system just a new model was all that was required with some getting different particles, voice over lines, or a new recall. Riot currently doesn't have plans to update older skins to match the new criteria, but some may get updates depending on a champion full Visual Update or rework.
