Perhaps they recently suffered a stroke and didn't mean to say pineapple express but instead a different movie that is much better? They secretly have great taste in movies, they just don't have full functioning back after the stroke.

Not anymore, to get them first you need friends and need to mystery gift them the snowball icon. They'll get a random one. This will make them want to mystery gift you the snowball icon and then you have it.
