Eh. League's old lore was honestly loosely tied together and filled with cliches, continuity errors, and vast gaps of knowledge about the realm, as well as a great many of the champs having little to no impact on anything whatsoever - champs like Syndra and Zed were noted to have done things, but after whatever their lore said they did they didn't really have any kind of further action. Syndra assumedly sat in a castle in the sky and Zed kind of just went poof. I'm far less upset over the old lore being removed as I am upset over how sparse and lousy the new lore is.

Don't get me wrong. Would much rather half the old lore over the lump of crap we have now, but even more I would rather they actually put effort into a real lore setup.

It was with the Rune Wars that each of these countries were tied together. It was only to stop this massacre that powerful leaders founded the Institute of War to subside the brutal battles into something of less damage. Champions from different lands would be able to face off in the League, gaining what they wanted most in the long run. Whether it be power, peace, love, justice, vengeance, or fun, each new Champion brought with them a will to fight. Each with his or her own story, all will find what they are looking for through the great battle dubbed the League of Legends.

imo stupid lore > no lore "hey guys let's throw out the old lore and replace it with b.s. events that have no impact on the world because there is no world. Also we still call you summoners which only existed because of the IOW and they still fight on the rift despite the fact we have no reason for them to". Seriously, as a writer this gives me cancer.

I think I have some Lore for Bard, but its just at random so don't get too mad if its not good.

As for the remaining three, they planned to take them by force. It was the Celestial being who took them away with him to the heavens before they could be used for bad."

Well, I was born extremely pale, and now I'm tanned. My mom was born extremely dark, but ever since she got a job working indoors, she went from dark to tan to pale.

Also, my post wasn't serious. I was just making a jab at time.

If you look at the picture of Ekko as a kid in the background of his lab (closing scene of the video) you see a very pale child (which is young Ekko). It could be anything and it's going to be interesting to see what Ekko's finished product is.

I hate how Zilean's main damage is a ticking bomb though, it's such a childish way to represent time. OTher abilities could have been conjured to replace his main damage ability.
