Being a support main, I can say that I am yet to find a way to deal with Kalista effectively, other than just landing god-hooks as Thresh which requires god like skill, especially with her mobility. Once you get close though she's wimpy, but you can't get close without being a diamond smurf is the issue.

I haven't found Kalista to be an issue when I play DrMundo . All her hopping backwards constantly just makes it easier to hit my cleavers. Not that she can ever kill me anyway. BT and Runaans basically does negative damage.
