[Lux Skin]: Phenomenon Lux (Ms. Frizzle Lux if you will)

Hello fellow Summoners,

I came up with what would actually be the BEST Lux skin idea ever.

Here it is:

Breakdown: New Appearance: Lux now looks like Miss Frizzle from the Magic School Bus and wears a dress including all 4 natural phenomena on it (Sundog, Double Rainbow, Mirage, Apparent depth (if you aren't sure what some of these are, look them up, they're really cool))

Passive - Illumination Flare: After exploding the Illumination Flare, a sundog is generated around the target.

Q - Light Binding: Lux fires a prism (one that generates rainbows as light passes through) and when it hits a target, it explodes creating a prism around her target. [Special Effect: When Illumination Flare is exploded, a sundog will appear creating a rainbow around the target]

W - Prismatic Barrier: Lux fires her wand as she normally would but instead of forming a spherical shield, it creates a semi-sphere of water making the bottom half of all allied champions hit (including herself) look bent.

E - Lucent Singularity: Lux fires off a ball of light (as usual) only this time it creates a mirage for all enemy champions and causes them to be attracted to it for 0.75 seconds (exclusive to this skin only).

R - Final Spark: Lux spins her wand in front of her for the set time like normal only with this skin, she stops it horizontally firing a rainbow from each end of the wand.

New joke (also said after ulting): DOUBLE RAINBOW!!! That's what that means! New phrases while walking: Come on class, let's ride the Magic School Bus! Arthur, do you mind letting us use you as our Guinea Pig again? New phrase after someone ults her but doesn't kill her: Phenomenal effort! Try again soon!
