Start Removing Champions that are Too Broken to Properly Balance

I've had this idea for a while, and it would honestly help League in the long run. Seeing as old Aatrox's kit has been completely removed from anything in new Aatrox's kit, it would be fair for Riot to consider removing champs that can't/won't be properly balanced any time soon. These champs are the ones that definitely need nerfs, but the balance team refuses to give these nerfs to these champs. If a champ does get removed, all Riot would have to is refund the account all the RP that was spent for the skins for the champs that were deleted, which isn't that hard or bad to do. This would allow the player to get other cool skins they like for the champs that they enjoy. I don't see this as a bad thing at all.

Let's start with Fizz as a prime example. This little fish has been a tyrant for far too long. It doesn't matter if he's fed, or somehow goes 0/453, he will still destroy you once he has 2 items. It doesn't even matter what those two items are either (unless he builds AD for whatever reason). The point is, this guy has needed some massive nerfs for years and for whatever reason, he never gets any. So since he won't be balanced (even though his balance changes would be extremely easy to do, just give him a new E ability), why not just get rid of him? Honestly, I doubt a lot of people would be opposed to this, seeing as a lot of players hate having to deal with him anyway. He has 3 dashes (Q + double tap on E), a free execute after level 6 when he lands his ult (which isn't hard to do), and invincibility on 2 of his dashes. If he doesn't get deleted, or even if his E doesn't get an entirely new ability, the least that should be done is removing the invincibility on Playful/Trickster, cause it isn't needed and it never was.

Next is Katarina . There have been countless attempts to nerf Kat for a long time and even when she does get nerfed, she still deals ridiculous amounts of damage with just boots and a Hextech Revolver or Bilgewater Cutlass. I understand that there are quite a few Kat mains out there, but the majority would say good riddance, I'm sure. The only way to properly balance her is something that we all know will never happen.... which is the same thing as Fizz. Fix her E. Don't make it a blink that resets when you pick up a knife, give it a new ability or effect.

We all know the vast array of problems with Illaoi , so I won't even go into it. She was a mistake, we're all aware of this fact, let's move on.

Ornn is like Illaoi with regards to removal, but I hear way more people complaining about him than any other champ, besides maybe Yasuo . Don't worry, I'm getting to Yasuo.

As much as I love him, I agree with those who feel that Ivern shouldn't be in the game. He's seeing more use now, but he's still pretty much useless, unless you've spent countless hours trying to perfect him. Honestly though, it doesn't seem worth it to do that, even though Ivern can be a ton of fun when you get the hang of his kit. Since most people have forgotten that he exists (much like they did with old Aatrox), I don't think many people will miss him much, which is unfortunate cause as I said, I love him.

Alright. We made it. Finally, we're getting to the big bad. The most amazingly unambiguous biggest mistake that Riot has ever made in the history of gaming, period: Yasuo. Where do I even begin this one... not only did this guy's release birth the most toxic community of mains the world has ever seen, he just can't be balanced. At all. Upon release, he was the most broken thing ever, with Illaoi coming in very close second with her release. As a passive, he gains a shield from moving. When you ult, you get said shield back instantly. And guess what? Because your E is a dash, it counts as movement, so you can continuously dash through a minion wave to gain your shield back too! As an added bonus, his passive makes him gain double the crit chance from items, meaning that he needs only 2 items to reach max crit, unlike the 4 you need as an ADC/Marksman. The only champ that rivals this is Tryndamere who can passively stack crit by attacking things. Back to Yasuo though. People say that he's harder than he actually is, which is really funny. Real sorry to bring this up, honestly. How hard is it to dash through a minion to dodge cc flying at you (like a Dark Binding for example), seriously? Simple... it isn't. Oh, and if you can't dodge it with your E in time, don't worry, Wind Wall has you covered good sir. You see, even if the attack has already fully connected and collided with your champion, you can just throw this bad boy up and block it! Yeah, Yasuo is hard to play. Sure pal, sure. All I have to say is Riot, honestly, undo the biggest mistake you ever made and remove Yasuo. Nobody wants him in the game. Sure, all the toxic Yasuo mains will be angry but who cares, you'll have one less toxic community at least. It's for the good of the game.

If there are any more champs that you wanna see removed or at least fix, comment down below. I wanna see your thoughts on this too.

terrible idea, the champions don't ever feature in the highest levels of play so really they aren't that good.

Other than maybe Kat being a part of this list of examples, there really isn't any reason for this to be down-voted. It's a great idea that I'm sure more people besides me have had as well. When you think about it, having to properly balance and co-ordinate abilities for 146 unique-ish champions is an extremely tall order, especially for a company like Riot who doesn't care to take the time to do it any more, and it's clear that they don't care. That's why we, as the players, should. I understand that a game like League will never be perfectly balanced, but there should definitely be ways to take larger steps toward that possible end goal. The balance team of this game won't understand what needs to be done if they aren't told what they need to do it seems, so why don't we tell them? There are tons of champs that either need to be completely removed, or at least tweaked, that way we can keep inching closer to that balanced game that I'm sure most of us want. If removing champs that are completely unable to be properly balanced is the way to do that, then why not make suggestions? I can think of at least 15 that should not be in the game right now, and never needed to be either. I understand the argument of "Oh, but this champ is my main", and if Lux, Neeko or Ahri ever got deleted, I'd feel your pain in spades. The problem is that a lot of the champs that could be deleted are ones that probably should be deleted (like Yasuo).

On a side note, I love how Wukong's quote "Every mistake is a lesson" is on the side of my screen right now. It's both ironic, and fitting, seeing as Riot never takes the time to learn from their mistakes.

Only one I agree with is Yasuo.

Free critical strike champions are old, toxic, and straight up lane cheese. Yasuo and Tryndamere need reworks, as both have their respective problems with them. Tryndamere is just old at this point: outdated.

Yasuo is a champion who can be behind 5 kills in lane, but can still all in you when he gets his first item because of how big a power spike it is. I want to clarify that not even Darius can do that. Maybe in a team fight as that's where his strength lies, but not even CLOSE to reproducing this in a lane. I personally don't have a problem with Yasuo's. Just bait out his monsoon fling and look for a trade.

What I do have a problem with is how dominant his zoning control is.
