Mordekaiser Rework Concept
Passive: Harvester of Sorrow
Harvester of Sorrow remains more or less what Iron man is currently, a shield based on danage, (not just abilities anymore, but let's be honest, he's not exactly going to be doing much autoattack damage), but works off of percent of health meaning that for each 10% of an enemy's hp Morde does in damage, he gains 10% of his shield bar (with an obvious reduction against Minions). All of Mordekaiser's shield is drained when he's out of combat, healing him for the amount drained. This increases his overall sustain in early game to cope with the nature of playing melee against a ranged lane. Oh, and his old +exp ADC lane passive is put here so you don't HAVE to level a specific skill first.|
Possibly have the shield only absorb a portion of damage taken (extending the shield's, and therefore, it's damaging effect's lifetime).
The Wild Wind Blows is the second half of Mordekaiser's passive, and generates a storm of metal around him that does mixed damage based on a fraction of his shield's total health, scaling with Armor and Magic Resistance.
Q: Mace of Spades
Mordekaiser steps forward and swings his mace in a wide arc, knocking back (slightly) and damaging enemies he hits. Mace of Spades does purely physical damage and can be recast twice, with the final swing doing more damage. (despite scaling with both AD and AP). Enemies killed by Mace of Spades are sent flying a great distance away as flavor (this is however ignored if they have a death effect, sadly).
W: Iron Man
Mordekaiser detonates his shield, causing it to surge outwards, damaging everything on the way out, then recollapse back onto him, slowing enemies hit. Enemies at the very edge of Iron Man are knocked towards Mordekaiser slowed by a significantly higher amount, and grounded. At the end of the ability, Mordekaiser is healed for 25% of his health, with the overflow refilling his shields.
This ability always costs the full 25% of Mordekaiser's health. If his shield is not full, part of his actual health will be spent to pay the difference.
E: Siphon of Destruction
Same as always, except with an animation that looks like it's actually siphoning something.
R: Children of the Grave
Unchanged. The effect of gaining the AP and HP of an enemy champion you take over is now named Metal Crue.
