Here we go again, this time I've added some stats for clarity and extra critiquing potential

Passive: Insatiable Hunger: Ines ruthlessly hunts her target - when Ines auto attacks an enemy she applies ‘Plagued’. At 6 stacks of plagued Ines targets that champion ‘locking on’ to them until she locks onto a new champion or after 20 seconds

Q: Dance of the Dead: Ines spins her sword around her dealing damage to all enemies surrounding her. If she kills a unit the cooldown is refreshed and if she hits a target she is locked onto, she deals bonus damage based on their missing health.

Spin damage: 50/65/80/95/110 + x0.5 ad Bonus damage: 2/4/6/8/10% missing health Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds

W: Infect and Unleash:

Passive: Ines’ presence strikes fear in those nearby to her particularly those close to death. When close to Ines, nearby enemies below 50% hp stack ‘Plagued’ at a rate of 1 stack per 3 seconds. If they are below 25% hp then they stack ‘Plagued’ at a rate of 1 stack per second. This passive can only apply up to 4 stacks meaning Ines herself has to apply the last 2.

Active: Upon activation Ines reveals the location of enemies within the general vicinity of her and slows them. If she reveals a target she is locked onto, she can use W again to warp to them to deal damage and apply a brief stun.

Reveal duration: 2/2/3/3/4 seconds Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 + x0.7 ad Stun: 0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6 seconds Mana Cost: 60/75/90/105/120 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

E: Brutal Mercilessness: Ines charges forward stopping on the first champion hit and dealing damage to them and any enemies she passes through before swinging her sword around her and stabbing the champion she hit (if she hit a champion). If the champion she hit is her target, the damage when she hits them is amplified based on how far she dashed and the stab applies a bleed that lasts for 3 seconds. If she misses her target but hits them with the spin then she will stab her target instead of the champion she hit.

R: Unbroken Courage: When Ines is taken below 25% hp she can use Unbroken Courage to gain for the next 10 seconds: 80% damage reduction 2x damage to her target from all sources Everytime she kills or assists in the kill of a champ during her ult she also gains a small heal
