Tethers
I think this topic has been mentioned before by quite a few people but I still think it would be a great thing to do.
Kled
Yes he's strong, he's quite tanky and hard to kill with Skarl and he does a decent amount of damage,
but his tether is one of the most balanced abilities in the game I'd say, looking at it from a tether perspective.
Think about it, find me a champion, who has a champion to enemy champion tether, who doesn't have some sort of mobility, speed boost. There's none
You may think well what about Morgana,
Her tether still counts because it has a slow and she has the ability to block crowd control so technically doing a comparison of movement speed: Morgana gets a 'movement speed boost'.
And anyway she usually walks towards you then hits zhonyas so you practically cant get out unless you flash or use another form of mobility.
There is no champion in the game, with a tether, that doesn't have some sort of ability to help them hold the tether.
Back to Kled and the idea of changing tethers: give every tether a reducing radius of break, (the point where the tether breaks) like Kled.
Too many times Leblanc has hit me with her tether yet I flash away and I'm still in range.
SHE HAS TWO WAYS TO GET CLOSER TO YOU YET IT STILL HAS A RIDICULOUS DISTANCE!!

The result of a tether is ALWAYS hard cc. So why don't Karma, LeBlanc and Morgana have to work to hold the tether. They all have some form of mobility. Make them work for that reward because too many times they've hit me, I walk away (even flash away) and I'm still in it.
I would say if this change is too be implemented maybe increase Morgana and Karma's tether distances slightly to adjust for the change, but it would still make so much of a difference

EDIT: Also I forgot Nocturne, that tether range is kind of ridiculous too
and
are squishy, and rely on keeping enemies passed arms length lowering their tether range would mean they would each need a compensation buff. Otherwise, the tethers they do have would be absolutely useless (minus maybe LB since it’s range is SO huge). This in turn would probably (knowing Riot) cause at least of the following buffs.
