A Champion I've Thought of: Part 3, 4: Once more....

So, I wrote this entire thing out once, and posted it, then for some reason, League of Legends logged me out, thus removing all my progress, yaaaaaaaaaaay, screw you League, so much [slayer-jinx-unamused]. Anyways, once more we do this.

Kaleya "The Distorted Time Maiden" Role: Fighter Secondary: Mage Ranged and Melee Kaleya was a maiden of the clock, people who are able to predict time and help keep events in order. They often helped others to steer the timeline in the direction they want. Eventually however a summoner who was impatient and couldn't stand waiting for the other summoners tried to summon her, this left her open to being attacked and left a village ravaged and destroyed. While she was left open to attack, a creature of the void latched onto her and gave her a split-personality, normally she's intelligent, calm, and non-violent, while when she's distorted she's insane, very-jumpy, and violent. Eventually she turned herself into the institute of war so that she could keep others safe.

Passive: Realm/Void Clock Over Kaleya's portrait is a clock that'll spin around 4 areas, whenever she activates her W whatever section the clock is on will depict the type of buff she gets along with her W.

Her R is the most important part of her kit so we'll go over it first.

R: Distort/Purify Cooldown: 5 sec. Kaleya will switch between her time form and distorted form.

Q: Deceptive Laser/Crushing Dash Cooldown: 15 sec. Mana: 90/130/170/210/250 Deceptive Laser: They have to pick 2 areas within a 800 unit radius, Kaleya will fire a beam that will stop at one point and go to the other point (200 UPS), a unit can only be hit once per travel, dealing 70/110/150/190/230/270+(100% ability power) Crushing Dash: Kaleya will dash to targeted enemy unit in a 500 unit radius, she'll deal 50/80/110/140/170+(100% physical power) and will stun them for 2 sec.

W: Fast Forward/Empower Cooldown: 20 sec. Mana: 25/35/45/55/65 Fast Forward: Kaleya will speed up her movement speed by 15%/25%/35%/45%/55% for 6 sec. and depending on what her realm clock is on will depend on the buff she gets. 1: Her health and mana regen will increase by 25% 2: Her attack speed will increase by 25% 3: Her ability power will increase by 25% 4: Her defense will increase by 25% Empower: Kaleya will increase her basic attack power by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% for 3 sec. 1: Her attacks will bring back 15% of her health and mana. 2: Her attack speed will increase by 25% 3: She will gain a spell shield of 10% of her health 4: Her boost will 2x

E: Time Halt/Distortion Spin Cooldown: 13 sec. Mana: 70/90/110/130/150 Time Halt: Kaleya will shoot magic out of her hand in a cone (300 unit) dealing 80/120/160/200/240+(100% ability power) and stunning them (like ) for 2 sec. Distortion Spin: Kaleya will spin in an area around her (400 unit) dealing 50/70/90/110/130+(50% physical power) per second for 3 seconds, 15% of the damage done will heal her.

Description: She's supposed to be a top laning mage or fighter, she's hard to counter because of her constant changing forms but in exchange she doesn't have many people she's really strong against.
