How hard you can make?

There have been several "hardest moba characters ever" in various forums. As I have played lol, dota and hon, there are only few seriously hard-to play characters.

Here, it is your time to unleash your concept for "hardest chamption to play"! Design the skills as it was playable in league of the legends naturally.

Only skills are needed. Don't forget that it must be still playable, and have reason to player pic that character. There is no filler champs!

To get idea what is hard, here is three hard examples

Orianna (league)

  • abilities base on orb, which can be moved by abilities. Without fast reflexes and right control over it, you cannot do anything useful.

Invoker (dota)

  • q, w and e crete just howering orb around him, (max 3) which simply add some stats. But his r creates spell for him, based on which orbs he has. So there is total of 10 spells, and must cast right one of them in right time to do your job. You need sharp memory and fast fingers to be at least decent.

Meepo (dota)

  • His ult gives you one more meepo per level, and they all can be moved seperatedly. Pro is that, well, you have many characters to attack with, but con is that if one dies, they all do. At max you have to control 5 meepos, cast their abilities, move them in and out of battle and attack, this all real time all the time. Just to note they all are quite squishy.

You have to make the best out of every ability you use. His Q consumes tons of mana and need to be aimed really carefully or else you will not be able to stun anyone. His W is similar to Singed flint. It synergy with his Q and E: Q for stun and E for bonus damage. His E is aoe that deals bonus damage if an enemy is knocked or dragged into it.

His Q, W and E does moderate damage if not combed, but will also cause you to lose health and lots of mana. However, if combed correctly, htne they would do lots of damage and devastate nearly any enemy champ.

His R is a dot which deals more damage if you manage to stick to your enemies, but deals very low damage if you can't.

His whole kit is based on your skills and position management. He would be hard to play and maybe hardest to master. However, he would be fun and rewarding to play with.

I present to you the new champion CertainlyToxic. His Q is a boomerang skillshot that slows or stuns depending on how many units it hits. It does physical and true damage on the way out, and magical and % true damage on the way back. Also every time it hits someone you gain hp, mana and permament true damage on your autoattacks. W is a quadruple passive. 1) Increased attack speed. 2) Increased movement speed. 3) A shield that regenerates every 10 seconds. 4) Bonus damage on every 3rd autoattack. Activate W to get more of all this! E is a dash that can be activated 4 times and if it hits something you can reactivate it to blink somewhere else. If you blink to an enemy you become untargetable and invulnerable for 2 seconds while healing % missing hp and dealing % true, magical and physical damage. R is a targeted 4 second suppression that can only be cast if the enemy is stunned first. When activated you also gain a shield, an attack speed boost, an AD boost, an AP boost, an aoe heal, extra % true dmg on each autoattack, all your W passives proc, you gain an extra dash on E, Q costs no mana for the next 15 seconds and you gain 50% bonus armor and magic penetration so you can oneshot everyone without having items.

I really don't think league champions can rival the dota ones,I also think invoker is a bit overrated,as he reaches the point where he is truly hard rather late(generally need aghs scepter and a bunch of other active items,on top of levels so that most of your spells will be worth casting).

So I will go with meepo and earth spirit,both of which are hard both mechanically and decision making wise,league champions really can't compete,maybe lee sin.
