Making Teemo more modern

Numbers exist just to give an idea of how the abilities work, they are definitely not fixed.

And to make sure this is just throw on how I could personally make changes to teemo. Y'all do whatever you see better.

Please critique and tell how you would change him.

p: Eyes in the Woods

  • dealing magical damage to champion gives your team vision to it for 3/5/7 seconds. this would give teemo unique role of ACTUAL scout in team. mark jungle and know where they are going, or at least harden their ganks.

q: jungle artillery [target direction] [magical]

  • shoots a venom-coated dart to direction, and on collision to first unit hit it deals 75/100/125/150/175 (.8 AP) damage, giving it tapering 99% attack and movement speed slow for 0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1 seconds. (900 range) skillshot with basically disarm changed to strong short-time stop would be much healthier. increased range for compensate.

w: rough terrain manouver [no target]

  • gain tapering 40% movement speed upon leaving bush for 0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2 seconds. active to gain the movement speed for 2/3/4/5 seconds, but disabling the passive for duration of cooldown. current ability is boring. this could give enough rotating potential without never giving too much of it.

I was kinda hoping for teemo to get kinda the mini-game style rework. Harmless teemo mushrooms spawn randomly around the map in a similar fashion to bards chimes. Teemo can pick them up to gain "charges" for his ult. When Teemo collects mushrooms he can place them, but can also "prime" some harmless mushrooms into dangerous ones for extra effects for no charge cost. When teemo has mushroom charges and uses w, his w is empowered with double bonus movement speed and stealths him for a few seconds when activated (can move while stealthed). Teemo's E no longer activates every hit, but is now similar to vayne's E. Every 3rd consecutive auto-attack on a target procs a deadly poison that causes initial detonation damage and a % health poison for X seconds. His Q is the same.

His q must be left alone. Without it, Teemo will die, and will be even more useless in a team fight. Likewise, his q must NOT be a skill shot. His q is really not much different than a jax, vlad, fizz, cho silence, etc type of defense (perhaps even weaker because those can affect an entire enemy team, not just one champion.)
