Modernizing Teemo [idea throw]

Numbers exist just to give an idea of how the abilities work, they are definitely not fixed.
And to make sure this is just throw on how I could personally make changes to teemo. Y'all do whatever you see better.

p: Eyes in the Woods
- dealing magical damage to champion gives your team vision to it for 3/5/7 seconds. this would give teemo unique role of ACTUAL scout in team. mark jungle and know where they are going, or at least harden their ganks.
q: jungle artillery [target direction] [magical]
- shoots a venom-coated dart to direction, and on collision to first unit hit it deals 75/100/125/150/175 (.8 AP) damage, giving it tapering 99% attack and movement speed slow for 0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1 seconds. (900 range) skillshot with basically disarm changed to strong short-time stop would be much healthier. increased range for compensate.
w: rough terrain manouver [no target]
- gain tapering 40% movement speed upon leaving bush for 0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2 seconds. active to gain the movement speed for 2/3/4/5 seconds, but disabling the passive for duration of cooldown. current ability is boring. this could give enough rotating potential without never giving too much of it.
