Project Skins Release date

For those who haven't looked into it, Ranked games will be disabled at 01:30 PCT September 2nd 2015 for the add on of the Project skins, I'm not 100% certain of this but this is what I have found, there are other sources saying its on 9/8 but I'm not sure, both of these sources were found on surrenderat20 please lemme know if you know the correct date if I am incorrect
