Urgot Op buff?

~~Can someone explain to me how an Urgot with 3 kills 4 deaths and 3 assists has 205.8k total damage dealt, when Yasuo has 6 more kills and 20 less farm, but only has 70k total damage dealt... Why does Urgot have 151 true damage dealt, is this a bug? his kit says nothing about true damage

I'd say it's his ult. It's supposed to deal 9999 true damage when below 25% HP.
