Just going to leave the summary of yes I am salty from losing a game because I had a first time Kayle top and a person playing Yuumi. What does Yuumi offer because from what I can tell its absolutely nothing, her abilities aren't even worth the champion, they arent effective, her cc is terrible. like just take it back jesus christ.

Craft Zeppelin2 votesI'm not playing ranked today. Apparently numbers are out she is 29% winrate which is the new record for being the lowest winrate.
All she is currently capable of is actually hurting the priority of the ADC. if your ADC reports you in ranked playing Yuumi, you should not be surprised at this point.
Saerireth1 votesI do agree she's undertuned, but she's not a simple champ for people to learn right away. I think part of the reason why her winrate's so historically low (though, I don't think it's the main reason) is coz people don't know how to play her yet.

Or she is literally unplayable. She has a really low skillfloor and ceiling and is clearly designed as such. I mean you literally let another player move for you. You can never get as low as that.

This is exactly the problem. You act like Yuumi will stay attached for the entire time, yet if you do that as Yuumi, you are playing her the wrong way. Big part of the mastery of the champion will probably become to properly know when to attach and when not.

And that is the problem. She has really low base stats, nigh-non existant HP with no hard CC. Because of that there is literally no reason to risk it.
Chembaron Yamada1 votesOf course she has low base stats and HP. This is a champion who can get untargetable at will as long as an ally is nearby and that permanently if she wants to. You can't expect a champion with such a mechanic to be tanky.
And like I said, this knowledge is part of her skill ceiling. Good Yuumi's will know when they can and should risk it and bad Yuumi's don't know that, so they either get blown up because they chose the wrong time to jump out or leave their ADC in a 1v2 situation permanently.

xDogMeatx1 votesactually you lack creativity of her kit instead of comparing copy-cat (pun) abilities of other champs into her kit. shes the only champ that can untarget herself and latch onto a ally her main job can be actually many things ranging from adc (if you get enough practice you can definitely get your damage across as AD) or AP (being a combat lichbane type with ludens echo full burst while also protecting herself with allies) soraka playstyle (maximize them heals) theres more but one more i know of is... maximum support auto turret style on a carry get a hextech item (your choice) twin shadows 
(if you wanted to slow them) finally a 
now put in glacial augment. yeah theres alot of choices she can do things rakan and sona cant do safely without boots.
SatNaav1 votesUh.. I think I'm in the minority here but Yuumi is awesome when played offensively. Too many ppl not making use of her shield/hop to poke or bait opponents into bad positioning. Too many heal bots forcing adcs to solo lane is causing the low win rate. She is gona be rely good in coordinated teams.

Syrile1 votesThe only problem really is that she has no real hard CC except her ultimate, which is too slow for this ridiculous meta. She does not provide enough pressure because of this and early game low damage. Otherwise, she has a lot of potential. Just... ya know... The game provides incentives for being horribly bad at tactics and punishes tactical play so she is a champion out of place.
