Since I had my last temporary ban my attitude in game has adjusted drastically, I have already vowed that if I get perma banned I will quit league just due to the amount of time and money i have invested on this account. HOWEVER I would like to say; Thank you for giving me a 3rd chance, this was my second 2 week suspension and I appreciate the the opportunity to adjust my attitude.

I would like to also say thank you for actually banning people that deserve bans, I know how the reporting system works but i often felt in the past that a lot of toxic behavior was going unpunished, most recently I have reported 2 toxic players and I have been informed that the ban hammer went down on them, knowing that my report actually meant something and that I don't have to hope that you guys actually did something about it. so that being said Thank you for punishing players that truthfully deserve it

As a recommendation I personally like knowing that my report actually went through and that the other person was punished as petty or spiteful as it might sound I want to know that people that are getting these reports are being punished. obviously not every report is legit. Maybe it might help to adjust the reportable options? I dont want to say how they used to be because there was a report for being unskilled lol even though I think its safe to say we all liked that option. but maybe give more indepth descriptions to what reports are for what, because i know that if someone is reported for the wrong thing even though they clearly shouldve been punished the report system will only look for the report that was tagged so if i marked someone down for feeding but they were saying slurs and being upright racist or something the report system will only look for the feeding not the slurs. Just an idea i know it already has little descriptions but some people arent very smart. Thanks again
