Should Ivern have a second passive?

There are a few champs in the game with more than one passive or parts to their passive ( ) So why shouldnt ivern get one. His current passive is almost useless in the support role, and completely useless on any other map. So i think he should get a second passive to compensate. Nothing complex or game breaking. My idea was If his allies were in the same brush as him they would have increase hp regen. I didnt think that was too op and kinda fits with his theme.maybe its a bit much with his w but there are other ideas

EDIT:I dont like the idea of riot restricting a champ to a certain role and punishing the player with a useless ability if they do other wise. also works with nunu and his q but at least he still CAN use it.
