Should Ivern have a second passive?

There are a few champs in the game with more than one passive or parts to their passive (Yasuo Rengar ) So why shouldnt ivern get one. His current passive is almost useless in the support role, and completely useless on any other map. So i think he should get a second passive to compensate. Nothing complex or game breaking. My idea was If his allies were in the same brush as him they would have increase hp regen. I didnt think that was too op and kinda fits with his theme.maybe its a bit much with his w but there are other ideas

EDIT:I dont like the idea of riot restricting a champ to a certain role and punishing the player with a useless ability if they do other wise. also works with nunu and his q but at least he still CAN use it.

He does have a second passive already. -_- He gets extra range while in bush. Plus if you're playing him in the support role his main passive doesn't become completely obsolete since he can collect the red/blue buff if an ally takes them down. Also you could just bring smite with Ivern and do an early invade and steal the enemies red/blue buff constantly. You'll have to give up a summoner spell but it'll be worth it if you get good enough to that you can work around it. Like just play super passively if you trade flash for the smite.

His second passive is already being able to get double efficiency from elemental buffs, he doesn't need any more

Not sure if he should have or needs another one. I'm not opposed to it and it's not without precedent. I don't want to see 'two passive' passives become a thing though (anymore than they already are) but you're right - it would help him.

My main concern would be finding the appropriate gameplay for it (you mention health regen while in brush but that's kinda 'meh...') as well as an ability name and artwork that emphasizes his theme and captures his peculiar flavor.

Ive not played him one time, but I'll agree his passive really should have been a passive for his bush summoning spell. I'm not quite sure what they could have done different for him.but like other (older) champions it feels so useless.

He has the fastest jungle clear and the safest. So why?

Doesn't his passive give him the ability to instantly donate a buff to his adc so fast that they don't even miss cs?
