Champion Concept/Design : Avarice, the Darkin Lord
---- History/Concept/Base Idea ----- Not much is known about Avarice, tales told by old king's and Queens, lords and baron's who bartered for there gold with a Dark figure, only to have it taken away and more in there last breaths. Most of those Tale's are whispers of folk's who say that he is a King amongst King's, a Dark Lord who display's his wealth in battle as much as his leisure. Avarice himself is a Tyrant, a Darkin who with his old age has acquired more wealth than many would even believe, and he enjoys showing it and displaying his elevated status by smashing and crushing those bellow him with his power. The Darkin Avarice is elegant, as he strides across the field like a Baron amongst peasants, his wings titanic in size as he disregards the common folk saying those of great power or heritage should not engross themselves in such demeaning task's such as conflict and war. But Avarice hunger's for it as much as he does more wealth, he displaying his wealth on his wings by the fact that they are covered with melted gold, and sharp as a blade he uses them to control the battlefield in his way of fighting that leave's many aghast with his viciousness despite his appearance.
---- Stat's Champion Base ---- Avarice, the Darkin Lord would be a top lane, mid lane perhaps Jungler who would heavily rely on gold, and items. Because his body is not as strong as the other Darkin's, he having low starting stat lines, and pathetic growth stat's his scaling and benefits of what he gets from his abilities would help make up for it more with the more items, and gold he has.

**Passive - ** Display of Power
Avarice love's to show off how better off he is than other's, so much so that his body has started to draw power from the wealth he holds. Passively, Avarice gain's benefits depending on how many completed item's he has. Item's such as
will not give him benefits. Only item's such as

will give him benefits.
One completed Item - +10 Movement speed.
Two Completed Items - +10% Attack Speed.
Three Completed Items - +400 Health.
Four completed items - +20 Movement Speed. ( Replaces the older benefit of 10 MS. )
Five Completed Items - +20% Attack Speed. ( Replaces the Older Benefit of 10% AS. )
Six Completed Items - Double's all previous benefits. Giving him a combined 800 Health, 40% Attack speed, and 40 Movement speed.
Ability #1 ---- Endless Hunger. Avarice targets a enemy unit, neutral unit ( Non large or legendary monster ) or enemy champion. If cast on a enemy champion, he will leap and chomp down onto them, dealing a pathetic amount of damage and slowing them for 35% at all ranks of the ability. Damage - 30 - 33 - 36 - 39 - 42 Physical damage. Cast range is 250, and Avarice leaps to the enemy champion on cast.
If cast on a enemy minion, or Neutral unit Avarice will consume the unit, instantly killing it no matter what its health is and using his darkin arcane magic, convert's the unit's flesh into more gold for his wealth. Grant's No EXP from the unit that it is cast on. Bonus Gold from unit - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 Bonus Gold. Cooldown - 29 Seconds at all ranks.
Ability #2 ---- Wing's of Destruction/Wing's of Perfection. Avarice's wings are a display of his wealth and power, allowing him to protect himself and nearby peasants that he has decided to join in combat with, or to flex his mighty strength and destroy those pitiful fool's who decided that they could stand up to his power. A toggle ability that work's out like this. Wing's of Destruction - Release a pulse of magic damage in the area surrounding Avarice, if there are 4 or more enemies surrounding Avarice then it deals double that damage instead. Damage - 30 - 38 - 46 - 54 - 70 Magic Damage. Cooldown - 10 Seconds at all rank's.
Wing's of Perfection - Displaying how wealthy he is, he shield's himself with a arcane manifestation of his wealth. Shielding himself, since Avarice is a merciful Lord though, he grant's nearby ally's the ability to bask in his wealth, giving them a movement speed for the duration that the shield lasts. Shield - 50 - 50 - 50 - 60 - 70 Health. Movement Speed Buff - 20% of Avarice's Bonus Movement Speed. Cooldown - 15 Second's at all ranks.
When you learn the ability, it will start out on Wing's of Destruction, when you activate the ability it will release the damage pulse, and then toggle to Wing's of Perfection. This set's Wing's of Destruction on its own Independent Cooldown, but you can activate Wing's of Perfect 1 second afterwards of it toggling. When you activate Wing's of Perfection, it will toggle back to Wing's of Destruction and then go onto a 1 second cooldown before you can activate it again. Both abilities have separate cooldown's though are reliant on Avarice activating one, to use the other.
Ability #3 ---- Display of Status. Avarice challenges a enemy hero, bellowing at them to fight him as he shows off his power and wealth. If they accept it, he shower's them with Cruelty and roots them in place as he freely assaults the weaker being with his own empowered attacks. Avarice Target's a enemy champion to a battle, if they stay near Avarice for the channel time of 2.5 Second's they become Rooted for 3 seconds. Avarice's attack's against the rooted champion become empowered and deal bonus damage, while the Rooted champion deal's reduced auto attack damage.
Range to stay within to root - 300 - 310 - 320 - 330 - 350 Bonus Physical Damage - 3.5 times the Rooted champion's level. Physical Damage Reduction of Rooted Champion - 4.5 Times the Level of Avarice Cooldown - 21 - 20 - 19 - 18 - 16
Ultimate Ability ---- Tyrant's Wealth Passively ---- Avarice gain's power depending on how much wealth he has stored in his bank, giving him different benefits depending on what his current gold is. As well as empowering him, he gains bonus physical damage based on how much gold he has stored up. 100 - 1000 Gold Stored - Avarice gains 10 Bonus Armor at level 6, gains 20 Armor at level 11, and gains 35 armor at level 16. 1001 - 2000 Gold Stored - Avarice gains 25 Bonus Armor at level 6, 30 armor at level 11, and 45 gains 45 armor at level 16. 2001 and more Gold Stored - Avarice gains 35 Armor at level 6, 40 armor at level 11, and 55 armor at level 16.
Additionally, all of Avarice's damaging abilities, and auto attack's will deal bonus physical damage equal to a percentage to his gold that he has stored up. At all rank's, for every 200 gold he will gain 2% bonus physical damage.
A resource less champion that would only be restricted by his cooldowns, Avarice would be a low stat's and stat's growth champion who is very farm dependent, but is able to reliably farm Gold with his abilities. The champion wanting to get to the mid, and late game where his stockpile of Gold making him beefier, and his item's making his pathetic stat's average or above average depending on what he has. Allowing for him to snowball hard, as well as have some interesting choices, Do you buy a item now? Or are you facing someone who does lots of physical damage? Making you choose a bit, as well as rewarding you heavily for getting tot he later part of the game where his Bonus's from his ultimate would scaling would come into effect much more. Effectively making him a "Infinite carry" as long as the game went on for a long period of time.
Just another fun idea I had for a champion, I know it will probably not be implemented into league, and he doesn't really fit into what League wants right now with its fast meta and shorter games. I still thought it was a okay concept, or at least cool to me. None of the numbers are really that good I understand, just some numbers to be able to go with the abilities so that it would be more readable.
