Champion Concept : Draxi, the Minotaur Abomination
------------------------------ History --------------------- Small Story/backline Idea. After Alistar's Tribe in The Great Barrier was attacked by Noxious, and Alistar himself was captured. He thought that he was the last of his people, but what he did not know was that Noxious in there wicked intent and ways took many of his people to there laboratories, in Zaun and in there own Country of Noxious. One of these Minotaur's, Draxi, was a strong female shaman who's natural ability to tend to other's made her a candidate for many horrible testing's and experiments that the Noxious Military did. Because of the Minotaur's natural power's and affinity to nature, they were able to test and destroy her body much more than the normal minotaur was able to handle - but she was not able to last for ever. Her body became twisted with chemical tests, twisted magic's and other malicious contents coursed through her veins till the day she finally croaked. Though it would not be the last of her days. The twisted arcane magic that they had used and tested on her body, with the concoction's and mixture's had muddled and corrupted her natural magic and caused it to sour and become the opposite of what it was, instead of being a power of life and Nature her dead body became filled with foul necromantic powers of death. Her form raised from the ditch where it was casually tossed, and she strolled the slum's as a phantom for the first few nights, slowly coming to bear with who she was now. Till she heard the word's from nearby people that sparked anger within her cold dead heart, Noxious. Her anger unable to be calmed, she now stands to use her powers of Rot and death to destroy those who stand for the Noxious army, and eliminate all who would oppose her cold grasp of revenge.
-------------------- Gameplay -------------------
Draxi would be a tanky dot mage who would occupy the mid lane or top lane where her constant applying of her passive would whittle down the enemy's so that she could then close in for the kill with a vengeance. A character that focus's on penetration because her damage would be a constant mixture of Ability power and Physical damage that would tick away.
------------------------- Abilities --------------------------- Passive - Abomination's Rot - Draxi's body is in a constant mess of magic, and twisted chemicals mixed with her undeath, her very touch corrodes and rots away at those that she chose's to afflict with her Rot of death.
Draxi's abilities apply a debuff to enemy champion's and minion's that deals damage over a 4-5-5-6 ( Scale's at Level 6, 11, 18 respectively. ) duration, the debuff doe's not stack, but instead each instance simply refreshes' the duration of the debuff. Damage is 6 - 14 - 30 - 40 ( Scale's at level 6, 11, 18. ) Damage is dealt as a mix, half of the damage is Physical, half of the damage is Magic. Applies Armor pen, and magic pen for each half respectively, does not scale with damage of ability power.
Ability #1 - Corrosive Breath - Draxi's body is a storage house of diseases and foul magic, able to control this and direct it she spew's a corrosive bile cloud in a cone in a target direction, corroding there resistances while also doing physical damage initially. Applies Abomination's Rot on initial damage impact, does 20% less damage to enemy's who are farther away than those who are close up.
Damage scale - 20 - 33 - 44 - 55 - 66 + (40%Bonus AD).
Armor and Magic Resist Debuff - 10 at all rank's.
Mana Cost - 20 - 25 - 30 - 35 - 40
Ability #2 - Infestation - Draxi's corpse though made alive by Arcane magic and foul chemical's is infested with a multitude of insect swarm's, her twisted magic allow's for her to command these' swarms to heal her body by consuming there essence into her own. Or to inflict a enemy with a cloud of flies that apply Abomination's Rot. A target ability that Draxi' can self cast for a heal, or target enemy that deal's no damage but does cause them to afflict nearby enemies and themselves with Abomination's Rot. If cast on Draxi' it will heal her for a percentage of her max health over a 4 second duration. Heal Percentage - 3% - 4% - 4.8% - 5.5% - 6.4% of her max health.
If cast on a enemy champion they will have a swarm of flies surround them, afflicting them with Abomination's Rot for the duration. As well as causing them to apply it to nearby enemy's and neutral minion's every second that the Afflicted champion is nearby. Aoe around champion - 400 Duration - 5 - 5.5 - 6 - 6.5 - 7 - 7.5 Second's.
Cooldown - 28 - 22 - 20 - 18 - 16 Seconds
Mana - 120 At all rank's.
Ability #3 - Tainted Strike -
Draxi's foul corpse of a body is filled with terrible affliction's and puss ridden wound's, swinging a mighty fist she strikes out at a enemy champion and smashes them with a dead weight of a strike. Corroding there resistance's for a small duration, as well as afflicting them with rot.
Draxi' Empowers her next attack to deal additional magic damage, and afflict them with Abomination's Rot as well as reducing there Resistance for the next 3 seconds.
Bonus magic Damage - 20 damage at all rank's. Applies magic effect's ie:
Ect.
Armor/Magic Resistance Reduction - 15 - 22 - 29 - 36 - 43.
Cooldown - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 9 Seconds.
Mana cost - 40 Mana at all rank's.
Ultimate Ability - Putrid Wound's - Passively - Draxi's body when damage leave's behind a puddle of foul chemical's and disease's. Enemies who step into these puddles will become afflicted with Abomination's Rot, the puddle will then dissipate after 7 second's. The Puddle occupies a Area of Effect of 200. Can only spawn a puddle of Bile every 20- 14 - 6 Second's. All enemies, and Neutral's can proc this instance of spawning a puddle by damaging Draxi.
Active - Draxi' channels and fill's the air with noxious bile over 1.5 seconds, corrupting enemies' flesh and causing there wound's to rupture with horrible afflictions. Can only damage enemies' who are not at full health. Deal's 100 - 160 - 300 + (30% Bonus Ad and 50% Ability Power) Damage. Half of the damage is dealt as Physical damage, half of the damage is applied as magic damage. Applies Magic Pen, as well as Armor Pen. Afflicts enemies with a stack of Abomination's Rot.
Base stat line would be a bit healthy initially, but having low MR and Armor because of how the character is meant to be in the middle of everyone because she wants to get her passive spread out and on the enemies she would be fighting with. The other stat's would be she would have fairly low movement speed, making positioning on her something that would have to be kept in mind with that she would be a Melee champion, or very, very short ranged champion. With a relatively low mana pool, meaning you could focus on harassment or you could save it to punish enemies.

The idea of her as a Mid laner Hybrid mage is that she could build damage items, such as
to compliment her damage and go with her natural reistance' destruction idea. As wella s
and even
for sustain if she would need it.
But the idea that is that she would have to build tanky items, with some sustain built in one could just focus resistance, and a health item or two.
Just a odd concept idea I had, because I love that League has a great host of characters I still feel that they have so much more that they could do with champion's because of how they have set up there world. I honestly don't see that this would make it in, and the numbers are all just things I came up with that sounded good to me. But what do you all think? Id love some feedback, I doubt I would change thing's unless a Red or something actually took a lot of interest in it.
