Mr. Gold

Mr. Gold is intended to be used as a support. His passive gives each member of his team extra gold every time they spawn (at the beginning of the game and after dieing). His 'Q' ability, "King's Tax", shows the targeted enemy his/her taxes, reducing their armor and magic resistance, scaling with attack damage and ability power (kind of penetration desired). His 'W' ability, "Chest of Greed", sets down a chest of gold that makes all enemy champions moving toward the chest of gold rush over to the chest and get stunned and get hurt. His 'E' ability, "Cheap Supply", (cannot be used on himself) reduces the cooldown of his targeted ally's abilities (healing in the process), and increases the cooldown of his targeted enemy's abilities as well as damaging them. His 'R' ability, "Gold Shine", causes all nearby enemies (champions and minions) to be blinded for a short duration and decreases healing factors. Mr. Gold was a prized tax collector for a rich king, until the king discovered Mr. Gold kept a gold artifact that was supposed to be collected and brought to the king's treasury. The treasurer was in the process of collecting it from a village clock maker that practiced magic in secret. As he was taking it, the clock maker warned him: "Be careful how you handle that timepiece, for you do not want to understand the past as deeply as you will if you do." With one glance he recognized the familiar arcane symbols that he sees in the magical containers in the king's treasury. Then, the clock maker continues: "After many years of study, I still know little of this amazing artifact. It is ancient beyond all of the accounts I have read, yet it is as if time has no hold over it. It has not deteriorated much at all, like it was still new." At that moment the tax collector decided that he did not want his greedy king to get a hold on this artifact, so he ran, determined to keep it from the king's hand. Now, he has joined the League of Legends to escape his furious king, and hide the precious artifact that seems to be unaffected by the ravages of time.
