For $10 RP A Challenge to All {Champion Creation}

we are overdue for a new full tank as a primary role, that last one being Zac who was released in 2013.

the challenge is to make a tank, around the concept of painting or something in painting.

Rulse:

1. the champion must be viable in the current meta

2. the entire kit should revolve around a concept while maintaining the theme

3. the champion cannot be over-powerd (this will be determined by me doing the math and comparing the total utility and total damage output with different builds and then compared to the most similar of current existing champions). (note: this assums that the champion im comparing it to is balanced)

4. you must include cooldowns, cost, damage, and scaling. if they exist for the ability. if those are not included then they are assumed to not exist

5. you must include a description of gameplay in lane and in teamfights. this may inclued: goals of the champion, priorities, and strategies to keep in mind.

6. a lore must be provided. (note: for those of you who cant write a lore due to inaptitude in imagination or writing, keep in mind that Rammus lore is about a paragraph long and does not include much. a lore is a basic background nothing more.

7. all entries that do not meet the basic requirements of the rules will be thrown out without further reading. all entries that do not match the theme may be held and may be automatically submitted to other challenges which they may fit.

8.. every challenge will be given a deadline for submission and any entries thereafter will not be accepted. TURN YOUR WORK ON TIME.

Rewards:

1. the top pick every month will receive a reward which will be a $10 RP card.

2. only first place receives the reward by mail. i will contact the winner before i announce who won and send them the card

3. the choice as to who won will be made by certain judges who i will not mention as to not let you harass them. The decisions are FINAL once announced to the winner.

4. you may enter the contest as many times as you want so long as you have enough accounts to support your incessant submitting. Otherwise if you have one account you get one entry notably the latest one you turned in for that challenge.

5. by entering a challenge you waver your right to see me or anyone involved if you did not win.

BTW. proof that i will pay the winner

I, the owner of the account Otter4Blue whose name can be found in his email if need be. legally promise to pay the winner of this challenge which i created to whom who was deemed the winner. i will do so as promptly as i can and will make efforts to make sure the winner gets his reward.
