inspired to create an idea for a new champion
- hes a yordle
- he mumbles like popeye (and laughs like him but instead of aguguguguguguh as the laugh something like "yordle yordle yordle" as his laugh {so annoying}(side note when I get a kill with a yordle character I type (YORDLE YORDLE YOOOOORDLE in all chat to try and help tilt the enemy team)
- his weapon is sticky gum like Hisoka from hunter X hunter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrdbZT5luns
- his q winds up over his head and he throws it but there are spikes in the gum so that when it hits the enemy it shoots spikes that do 25 percent of the qs base damage.
- his w is a 4 second gum repel that repels any skill shots back at the casters (no they dont home in)
- his e his sticky gum latches onto a surface or champion (including ally) and launches him forward if you shoot it at an angle and press w again before you get to the surface he launches forward at the end (if he was launched forward ) he slams the ground doing 50 % of attack damage within his attack range radius.
- R he shoots and locks his sticky gum onto a champion and begins to slam them back and forth for 2 - 3 seconds much like Bluto's beating on Popeye in this scene https://youtu.be/tELTKAvZB3Q?t=4m30s this ulty also does aoe damage behind the character being slammed and other skills can be used during this such as using his e to swing over to his teammates for a tarazan esque kidnapping of say an enemy teams mage and bringing him into the middle of your own team.
- this inspiration comes from my son who loves Teemo and loves popeyes laugh.
