Hooligan Teemo

Hey, guys! I know Teemo is a champion we all love to hate and after marathoning some of The Simpsons I thought it'd be great to have a skin that'd make you hate that annoying little yordle even more.

Hooligan Teemo would probably be a Legendary Skin with new voice, animations, and models. Starting with his clothes I'd replace his uniform with a T-shirt and shorts along with a backwards baseball cap followed by a slingshot in his back pocket. Instead of his normal blow darts it'd be replaced with a spit ball and red striped bending straw.

His Q could be him firing a smoke bomb from his straw giving a little particle effect floating around the blinded target.

For his active W he should jump up and land on a skateboard that will vanish once the movement speed boost ends.

His R should lay down flaming bags of poo. Replacing the poison burst when stepped on with a squelch. The destruction of the shroom could be the flame on the bag going out and the bag fading away.

/taunt would be "Eat my Shrooms" in reference to "Eat my shorts" of Bart Simpson. /joke would be "I didn't do it" /dance could be a reference to Do the Bartman and /laugh could just be 20% more evil than normal
