Champion Concept: Kalari - Techmaturgical Gladiator
Kalari is a champion from the City-State Zaun who has an affinity for creating complex or difficult weapons to use. She creates weapons requiring heavy amounts of strength and skill to use their full potential and then trains in using those weapons so that she may surpass those around her. The weapon that she uses in the Fields of Justic is a flexible blade called a Whip Blade.
Passive: Extended Reach With every basic attack Kalari's basic attack range is increased by 50 until Karali ceases to attack for five seconds. Kalari's range Minimum: 125 Maximum: 700 range. If no basic attacks are dealt for 5 seconds the sword will viciously snap back to Kalari and damage her for 2-7% health depending on how far the sword had extended.
Q: Kalari sweeps her blade in a cone in front of her damaging all enemies hit by the blade. The range of the attack matches Karlari's current basic attack range, and after the attack is completed the sword snaps back to minimum range, but without inflicting damage on herself. Cost: Total Extra Range Damage: 70/100/130/160/190 (+60% Bonus AD) Physical Damage Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6
W: Kalari's blade flattens out and forms a shield in the direction she casts it blocking all projectiles. The duration of the shield lasts longer depending on how long the range was at the point of casting. The shield lasts 1 second longer for every 100 range with a minimum of 3 seconds. During the shield's use basic attacks and other skills cannot be used. The shield can be canceled early by pressing W again. Cost:Total Extra Range Cooldown: 24/20/16/12/10
E: Kalari lashes out her sword in a straight line piercing anything it touches and rooting them for .5 seconds, afterwards all enemy champions pierced by the sword will be pulled into Kalari. The range of the cast is equal to the basic attacking range. Cost: Total Extra Range Damage: 70/90/110/130/150 (+40% Bonus AD) Physical Damage Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10
R: Passive: Kalari gains 15/25/40 Bonus AD Active: Kalari uses all of her might in one heavy swing that fully extends her Whip Blade and locks it at max range for 20 seconds. During this time all of her skills have no cost and cause Grievous Wounds for 2 seconds. No Cost Cooldown: 115/100/85
