99 LP Hell

Does anyone else ever feel the pain of that 99LP Troll?

I feel like there should be a measure in place to make earning that 1LP better.

For instance, if you gain over 15 LP past 100LP, that should count to one free game in Promos. That way for players at like 99 or 98 LP won't feel so discouraged in playing a single round of League for one or two measly points for their next rank.
