A Ryze ultimate peel support?

What about if Riot made a support that could teleport away enemy champions kinda like how Ryze can teleport his allies? That could be some fun to play with, like lets say a Camille dives ur adc and you wants to peel her she could send something like a nami bubbel size and if it hits, the enemy champion will be teleported to a choosen destination (semi-global maybe, kinda like poppys ult).
