Suggestion: Chemical Concoctions Nocturne

Hey everyone, I've been a main for some time now and even though he doesn't seem to be very popular, I want to ask if there could be one more skin for him. My idea is Chemical Concoctions Nocturne and it's seeming more and more reasonable to have it as a skin in the game. After all, doesn't have a lot of readily available skins, there's Frozen Terror( his first skin) Ravager (Not the best imo) and Eternum(Awesome but Expensive) so It makes sense, if has 5 readily available skins, a chroma pack and then gets a new one, Why cant have a skin. My Idea is a purple bodied nocturne with BRIGHTLY GLOWING GREEN BLADES. I'd really like to see this idea get talked about and hopefully released into the game eventually. What do you guys think?
