My Idea for a MUCH NEEDED TRYNDAMERE REWORK

Hey everyone. I am here to have you guys hear (pun intended) my thoughts for a tryndamere rework. Tryndamere is one of the most complained about champions in the game. His 35% crit chance passive and his broken ult, that have plagued so many for so long, will come to an end if this comes through.

I made this rework focused on 3 things.

1: I want to make him like a savage barbarian, as that is what he is. 2: I want there to be lots of different ways to build him, different strategies you can have as him, not just "Be Trynd" 3: I want him to be unique from all other champions in the game. This is what Riot Focuses for. 4: I don't want him to have %MaxHP Damage or True Damage. Obvious Reasons (I know he doesn't have any at his current state).

Lets get started, please note, I accept Ideas that are constructive and logical, not ridiculous and meanly stated.

Passive: Inevitable Attacks. Tryndamere gains 5% armor penetration against his target for every 50 armor they have, tripled every 3rd autoattack. Q: Plunder Their Fear Passive - Gains 10% Attack Speed Active - Tryndamere's next attack fears his target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Tryndamere's attacks against feared targets heal him for 25/50/75/100/125 health (15-13-11-9-7 second cooldown.) Note, I'm making this weak at low levels because its not intended to be lane sustain, even if he maxes it. This is true to all my 3 points, Its barbaric, you'll see it's a attack speed way of building him, and its very very unique. W: Unpenetrable Armor Tryndamere becomes immune to armor penetrating effects for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds. Any enemy that autoattacks him during this time will be taunted for the remaining duration of the spell. (15-13-11-9-7 second cooldown, for a little bit of synergia) Because this would make him immune to lane bullying, I made it so that the duration does not increase for ranks 2 and 4, in case he maxes it. This may make him have a weak weak lane phase, but you might already be thinking his kit is overloaded with my unique ideas, and you'll see that he might be pretty darn strong late game in a bit. This is unique to all my points, a savage barbarian would be difficult to inflict pain on, its a tankier way of building him and its different from everyone but rammus, which is pretty good. E: Spinning Slash I like this the same, one part of old tryndamere that no one complains about and isn't oppressive, I would decrease the range (by 25%) to make it harder for trynd to use this gap closer to get into AA range, because this guy crushes when he's in AA range. R: Critically Crippled Passive: Every third consecutive critical strike ignores armor completely. Can not occur on the same enemy for 10 seconds. Active: Enemies Tryndamere has critically hit have their damage reduced to him by 20% for 3 seconds after the critical hit. This refreshes but doesn't stack. Lasts 5-6-7 seconds (130-120-110 sec cooldown). CC effects have 10% increased duration during this time (not including any forms of suppression, skarner would drag him too far, malz and ww do too much dmg and heal too much, urgot stun himself for too long), because I want to add counterplay and people need to learn to stun champs to prevent damage output, if you wanna learn how to counter this guy you have to learn to CC him. Armor probably wouldn't stop a savage barbarian, this is kind of like phantom dancer but its unique to champions and it should feel different, also its a critical strike way of building him.

I hope you guys like my ideas, I hope that everyone gets a chance to see it, INCLUDING A RIOT EMPLOYEE, and everyone can give me their ideas to improve it.

Okay, hi, trynd main here I fully agree he needs a rework But not like this, lets go over why, starting with his live version

Passive-free crit=luck based gameplay, this is THE main point behind complaints, and it needs to be changed.

Q-this is super useful for general sustain, but shines when trynd is low on hp, letting him deal more damage on top of the passive damage he gets, this skill is fine, but the low hp=kill things more is limiting his build paths

W-the slow and general "eff your damage" is only shared with trundle, who is worse imho. The signs of your damage being lowered could use an update though

E- gapcloser, escape, dps increase, and well balanced.

R-a little, no, a lot of bullshit. But its character-defining

Your suggestion Passive- i have to say i like this, but the counterplay to trynd, armor, is now made a non-existent option due to the passive, Id rather keep the old one than have (malphite can do this easily) @762 armor(season 5 mind you) trynd passive gives him 76.2 % ARMOR PENETRATION AND 228 on third hit Plus the other armor pen items (30% from cleaver) True damage every hit

Q:#notlanesustain If this is per hit, you suddenly dont need lifesteal, and they cant fight you at all. Plus, that is 100 health every minute at rank 1, (154=60; 254=100) Which Meabs the leveling total is (100/230, 409, 666/1000) NO

W-you want to give trynd a taunt, on top of a fear(aka they will face away from you) PLUS defensive buffs? Oh god. Also this ability is literally only useful in VERY specific circumstances, so i say pass.

E-good choice, but if range is lowered, damage must be increased.

R-The créme de coupe, total armor pen

PLUS DAMAGE REDUCTION plus morg snares for 3.3 seconds now

How would the counterplay occur when you are massively punished for something that is statistically worse than his current ult?(utilization of stattik shiv=an entire champion of damage gone)

And as for counterplay?
