Headhunter Akali Worth It?

I did play Akali a ton before I took a break from league (I'm currently back on and am aware of the nerfs and such) and the skin does look pretty cool but I'm not sure if it is considered "worth it" while it is on sale. Thoughts?

IIRC its the only akali skin with any special effects. That makes it worth IMO unless you already have a skin for her.
