A new Zed Skin WIP teased by Riot Penguin ?
RiotPenguin on Twitter
If this is true, this is going to be incredible and it is going to be about time that Zed gets a new skin

Sukishoo2 votesThat's just art he made, it's not an actual skin that's coming.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesI think he meant that art is a work in progress, but not an official skin splash art. But it's pretty sick and he is lacking in skins, so it would not surprise me one bit.
pseyekozis1 votesSick!
Volt Cruelerz1 votesGiven how popular Zed is, how few skins he has, and how awesome this looks, I'm sure Riot would make a great deal of money on such a thing.
