Ultimate Skin Concept

I know rito doesn't want to make an ultimate skin until they come up with a cool enough concept, what if they had a skin that consumed the dead player bodies and morphed over the game,

Imagine an evil darius skin or something, after he kills a player walking over their corpse will consume it and it will be covered by some effect and disappear, then depending on how many bodies they consumed players get more flashy effects, maybe on their abilities getting a new tier lets you choose an ability to change the look of until you get the 4th which is your ultimate which might change your whole model or something.

Just thought it was a cool idea, if anyone has any actual skin concepts or champs they'd like to see it on id love to hear.
