I don't like the new ranked with teams

The new ranked with teams is terrible, its impossible to create a ranked 5v5 team now? WHY? After reading thne explanation it seems dumb and pointless to remove it, i want to have a different Elo just for how well i play with my team, why isnt there ranked teams like on twisted treeline, i don't get why they removed it, the dynamic que makes sense but why cant me and my friends be judged as a team instead of 5 individuals, plus it removes the fun of going team agonist team, its not the same as just 5v5, the teams make it seems like you have something to fight for. Its such a small change to bring back ranked teams and i hope they do.
