Festival Kassadin Splash art needs fixing

I happen to own festival Kassadin and it really annoys me that the skin looks almost nothing at all like the splash art, the splash art makes him look to grim and scary for a skin that's supposed to represent the joy of the festivals, that's just my input, many people don't own the skin so its probably a very low priority, the splash art also looks nothing like skin

Kassadin is probably going to get all his splashes updated , since he received a visual update , but none of his skins were updated. And now that they are updating the champions's splashes , when they received a VU , he should be on the list
