I happen to own festival Kassadin and it really annoys me that the skin looks almost nothing at all like the splash art, the splash art makes him look to grim and scary for a skin that's supposed to represent the joy of the festivals, that's just my input, many people don't own the skin so its probably a very low priority, the splash art also looks nothing like skin

A) It was May of last year that he got a VU B) All his skins were updated and the reason why the splash arts do not look like the in game model is because they updated the model and the splash arts had the old model and not the new one. That is why he will receive a update to his splash arts C) There is no list, all the champions that received a VU but had no skin update are on this list (Nida , Trundle , Trist , Alistar , Kassadin , Renekton , Maokai, Gangplank , Sion etc)
