Aging annie (ultimate skin)

Next ultimate skin should be for annie, and every level, she grows up a little. Ive been told that she is about 8 years old, so start there, and every level add 1. Level 18 she would be 25? We can even have stages like when shes 6 she would be 13 so give her a goth stage (i know she has a goth skin but its just a skin no vo), but then 1 level later do a 180 and shes super sunshine girly. This skins thing that makes it ultimate over all other skins would be the dialogue. DJ sona has supposedly 3 hours of music. PF ez has the evolutions when he upgrades his ult, and SG udyr changes his skills when they are maxed. Annie in this case would have lots of quotes, because of the different lines and voices she would have over the years (levels).

If someone could submit some concept art that would be appreciated. A lot of people have assumed that this would be a sexual thing, but i am not looking for this. I did some thinking of exactly how i would change her with her looking recognizable, and i think the best way is her dress. Annies dress is something i associate with her, so keep this and tibbers (obviously). I dont need a picture of every level (age), maybe just level 6,11,16 (as this might be what the end result would come to. lots of people have said that having 18 models in one skin would be a lot of work, and i do agree, although i do think it is do-able). If you need an example of what i mean with her dress, look at queen ashe. It is the closest thing i can think of as to what i mean.
